Custom decoration studio
Our Story
Westfield Threads was built for speed, transparency, and seamless communication. Getting custom work done shouldn’t feel complicated.
How we work
We offer four decoration methods: embroidery, chainstitch, screen printing, and Full-Color Heat Transfer. Every project goes through the same process: we review the artwork, recommend the right method, proof it before production, and make sure it meets our standards before it goes out the door.
Quotes come back within 1–2 business days. No chasing, no surprises.
We work for our clients. If embroidery isn’t the right fit for your project, we’ll say so. If a different or more cost-effective method is the better choice, we’ll recommend it. We’d rather do it right than oversell.
Who we work with
Whether it’s a single embroidered gift or a full run of company uniforms, the process and the attention are the same.

Who’s behind it
Westfield Threads is run by Nick Melione, a Westfield resident, parent, and the person behind every quote, proof, and finished order. When you reach out, you’re talking to the person actually doing the work.
Before starting Westfield Threads, Nick spent 13 years in marketing, managing brands, building processes, and learning what it takes to deliver consistent, reliable results at scale.
That background carries into how he runs Westfield Threads: clear communication, consistent processes, and a focus on getting things right the first time.
He also genuinely loves making things. Embroidery, knitting, hands-on craft. It’s not just a business, it’s the kind of work he’d do even if no one was paying for it. That care shows up in every piece that leaves the studio.
