Do you have minimum order quantities?

Not for embroidery or Full-Color Heat Transfer. One piece is fine. Screen printing does have minimums because of the setup involved.

How do I get a quote?

How long does a typical order take?

Depends on the size and method. Smaller embroidery orders can often be done within a day or two. Larger orders or print jobs take longer — we’ll give you a timeline when we quote.

Do you offer rush orders?

Sometimes, depending on what’s already in the queue. If you have a tight deadline, let us know and we’ll tell you what’s possible.

Do I need to pay upfront?

We ask for a deposit before we start production. The rest is due when you pick up.

What file formats work best?

Vector files are best — .AI, .EPS, .SVG, or .PDF. High-res PNG or JPG can work too, but they might need some cleanup before we can use them.

Can you help create or clean up my logo?

Yes. We can clean up existing artwork or help you develop something new. There’s a fee depending on how much work is involved.

What is digitizing?

Digitizing turns your artwork into a stitch file our machines can read. It’s a one-time thing — once it’s done, it’s saved for all future orders. Typically runs $30–$70 depending on the design. Non-refundable once we start.

Question 10

How does art approval work?

We send you a proof showing where the design goes and how big it’ll be. We don’t start until you approve it. Once approved, that’s what we produce — changes after that point may affect the price or timeline.

Can you match Pantone or school colors?

Yes. We carry a wide range of thread colors and can get very close to brand, school, or team colors.

Can you do text without a logo?

Yes. Names, initials, monograms — we have a range of fonts to choose from.

Can I bring my own items?

Yes. Customer-supplied items are decorated at your own risk — we can’t replace or reimburse something that isn’t ours if something goes wrong. For the best result, let us source the garment for you.

What brands do you carry?

We stock solid blanks and can source from a range of wholesale brands. Tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll point you in the right direction.

Can you get brands like Nike or Carhartt?

Often, yes. Depends on availability and brand restrictions, but we’re happy to check for you.

Which decoration method is best?

Accepted Answer

Depends on the item and design. Embroidery is ideal for polos, hats, jackets, and bags. Screen printing makes the most sense for t-shirts and bigger runs. Full-Color Heat Transfer is the right choice for full-color designs or smaller quantities. Not sure which method fits your project? We’ll recommend the right one.

How do reorders work?

If you’re reordering the same design, there’s no new digitizing fee — it’s already saved. Send us quantities and sizes and we’ll run it again. If you change the artwork, placement, or method, it’ll be treated as a new order. You can reorder by email, phone, or the contact form.
