No minimums on embroidery or DTF. Screen printing starts at 12 pieces per design; mix sizes freely.

Typical production is 7 to 10 business days from proof approval. Large runs take two weeks or more. Need it faster? Ask, rush is often possible.

By appointment at our Westfield studio, right by Mindowaskin Park. We’ll send the address and a time window when we confirm your order. Local delivery and meetups in town are also available.

Often, yes, depending on what’s already in the queue. Tell us your deadline and we’ll confirm what’s possible before you commit.

Half down to start, with the balance due at pickup. Larger business orders are 50% down with the balance net 30 after delivery. Schools and institutions can use net terms.

Yes, but changes after approval may affect both price and timeline, since we may need to redo setup or reschedule production. Tweaks before you approve are always on us. If something needs to change after sign-off, tell us as early as possible and we’ll let you know what it means for cost and delivery before we proceed.

Vector files are best .AI .EPS .SVG, or .PDF. High-res PNG or JPG can work too, but they might need some cleanup before we can use them.

Yes. We can clean up existing artwork or help you develop something new. There’s a fee depending on how much work is involved.

Digitizing turns your artwork into a stitch file our machines can read. It’s a one-time thing, once it’s done, it’s saved for all future orders. $25 for a standard logo, $65 for large or full-back designs. Reorders are free. Non-refundable once we start.

We send you a proof showing where the design goes and how big it’ll be. We don’t start until you approve it. Once approved, that’s what we produce, changes after that point may affect the price or timeline.

Yes. We carry a wide range of thread colors and can get very close to brand, school, or team colors.

Yes. Names, initials, monograms, we have a range of fonts to choose from.

Yes, and we'll flag any material or fabric concerns before we start. There's a $1.50 per-piece handling fee, and supplied items are decorated at your own risk, since we can't replace something we didn't supply. If you'd rather we handle it end to end, we can source the garment for you.

We stock solid blanks and can source from a range of wholesale brands. Tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll point you in the right direction.

Often, yes. Depends on availability and brand restrictions, but we’re happy to check for you.

Depends on the item and design. Embroidery is ideal for polos, hats, jackets, and bags. Screen printing makes the most sense for t-shirts and bigger runs. DTF is the right choice for full-color designs or smaller quantities. Not sure which method fits your project? We’ll recommend the right one.

If you’re reordering the same design, there’s no new digitizing fee, it’s already saved. Send us quantities and sizes and we’ll run it again. Screen print reorders pay a reduced rerun screen fee. If you change the artwork, placement, or method, it’ll be treated as a new order. You can reorder by email, phone, or the contact form.
