Personal projects & one-of-a-kind pieces
Individuals
Personal projects, gifts, one-of-a-kind pieces. Bring your own item or we can source blanks. No minimums for embroidery or Full-Color Heat Transfer, whether it’s a one-off or a small batch.
What We Offer
Most walk-in projects are embroidery or chainstitch. We’ll only recommend printing if it’s genuinely a better fit.
Custom Embroidery
Names, logos, and monograms on hats, hoodies, jackets, bags, towels, and more. The most requested method for personal pieces.
Chainstitch Embroidery
Hand-guided stitching with real texture and character. Each piece is unique. Works well on denim, canvas, and heavier fabrics.
Full-Color Heat Transfer
For artwork that doesn't translate well to embroidery: detailed designs, photos, lots of colors. We'll let you know if this is the best option.
Screen Printing
Screen printing needs minimum quantities, so it's not available for one-off items. If you have a large order, check out our business or school/team pages.
Want to understand each method in detail? Here’s how they all work.
What to expect.
Tell us what you want
The item, location of the design, and your design or idea.
We'll recommend the method
Embroidery for most things, printing if your artwork calls for it.
You approve the proof
We show you placement and sizing before we start.
We produce it and you pick it up
We handle production and notify you when it’s ready.

Before you order
- Proofs: We’ll send you a proof showing placement and size. We don’t start until you sign off.
- Digitizing: New logos need a one-time setup. That fee is non-refundable once we start the work.
- Your own items: We’ll treat them carefully, but customer-supplied garments are decorated at your own risk.
- Changes after approval: We’re happy to take changes, but note they may impact the price and timeline.
For full details, see our FAQ.
Bring your own item
We accept customer-supplied items. We’ll flag any material concerns before we begin. Customer-supplied garments are decorated at your own risk.
